The guys from Orlando Florida have around 5 tracks that really catch my ear on this album. Paperthin Hymn and Symphony of the Blase are undoubtedly my favourites.

Musically and lyrically these songs are really good and I'd recommend you to pick this up and stick it in yer car stereo for some thumping tracks and rhythmic rock ballads.

Never Take Friendship Personal is a great progression from the band's first album. Unlike many bands, Anberlin keeps the same distinctive style between the two records. After touring for 2 years straight, it is clear that the guys' musicianship has improved immensely.

The pre-decision to write this time around as a band in totality, has reaped great benefits with a more wholesome sound.
